West Virginia Nurses Association (WVNA) is pleased to offer this inaugural WVNA Conference and Annual Membership Assembly on Thursday, October 21, 2021, from 10am - 2pm. This event will be held on a virtual platform downloadable for a computer or mobile device.
This year’s virtual conference calls us to, “Rise Through COVID.” We gather collectively in an embracing spirit as we discover resources to support our relentless passion to the nursing profession. Our grit allows us to climb upstream issues, casting a lifeline to others as we rise.
Conference content will include mental health first aide, stories from a family member whose loved one completed suicide, addictions, work life balance, DEI, posters and much more!
WHO SHOULD ATTEND
Nurses, nursing academics, executives, researchers, health policy masters, students and emerging leaders. *This conference can go towards clinical hours.
CRITERIA FOR SUCCESSFUL COMPLETION
To obtain a Certificate of Successful Completion for this activity, the learner must complete the following criteria:
- Full attendance at each session.
- Complete and submit the online evaluation form for each session attended.
