WV Policy Summit - Event Details

Embassy Suites by Hilton Renovations: Extensive renovations are underway at the Embassy Suites by Hilton, in Charleston, WV. Please plan to enter and exit via the Washington Street sideof the hotel. Parking is available at $1.75 daily (overnight parking is $15.00).

Posters Presentations: Will be set up at the Embassy Suites by Hilton on Monday evening after 6pm. Presentations will start at 9am on February 19th.

Exhibitors: Can begin setting up on Monday, Feb 18, 2019 after 6pm. Policy Summit exhibiting times are 9am, 11:45am and 1:15pm.

Shuttle to the Capitol: There is a shuttle available between the Embassy Suites and the Statehouse from 10am until 2pm. Seats are on a first come basis and the shuttle will drop you off at the West Wing security area near the Culture Center.

Boxed lunches will still be available to pick up after 1pm in the Charleston room at the Embassy Suites. Please pick up your lunch and join us in the conference.

House and Senate Galleries: Red and Blue "tickets" will be given out for seating in the galleries. Seats will be available on a first come basis. Senate seating is about 180 with House seating about 200. Please remember the galleries are also open to the public.
