Solidarity wish and invitation to all West Virginia Nurses
Posted almost 6 years ago by Julie Huron
The West Virginia Nurses Association Executive Board and constituents wish to extend solidarity to all West Virginia nurses. Together we can find common ground on issues that unite and empower every voice by having constructive dialogue. Nurses unionizing is a complicated issue and it can also be a controversial issue. We know that the nurses who are organizing, as well as those who are opposed, have one common denominator; making sure that every West Virginia patient has a nurse and access to care.
The West Virginia Nurses Association extends an invitation for nurses to join our conference call on Tuesday evening Oct 15, for our Health Policy and Legislative (HP and L) meeting. We want to hear about nursing workplace issues, discover if we can assist in handling issues & concerns legislatively and possibly add them to our 2020 Legislative Agenda.
Please join us at 7 pm, Tuesday October 15, 2019. The call in number is 1-857-232-0155 and the access code is 442056.
Warmest regards,

Joyce Wilson
