Attention WV Nurses, the Patient Safety and Transparency Bill- HB 4779 will not be placed on the House Health Committee Agenda because of “concerns for litigation”. The House Health Committee Meeting for Tuesday was cancelled.

We have over 300 registered for our Policy Summit tomorrow, and to make visits to Delegate Hill in the East Wing of the Capitol, as he is the gate keeper for our bill.
