Our commitment is to support you as you support your patients through the coronavirus pandemic. Every day, across the nation, you and millions of nurses experience extraordinary stress and other impacts to your mental health and well-being as the pandemic continues.
The American Nurses Foundation launched—in partnership with four leading nurse organizations—the Well-Being Initiative to offer a suite of free tools and resources specifically designed to support your mental health and well-being during this time.
- Nurses Together - Connecting through conversations.
There is huge value in talking with people undergoing similar experiences during times of crisis. Please join us for facilitated, nurse-to-nurse video calls that provide a safe space to talk openly about self-care and wellness, recovery and resilience, care dilemmas, bereavement, and more.
- Moodfit
For all of us, reminders to practice self-care during times of stress are so important - especially now, when work and life stresses are intensified by the COVID-19 pandemic. The Moodfit app supports your overall wellness by allowing you to set personal goals related to exercise, nutrition, sleep, mindfulness, track your progress, and set-up convenient activity reminders.
-Happy App
As a nurse, you know that empathy, listening and connection make all the difference. You need the same support you give patients—especially now.
For nurses who want to talk with a supportive person, the Happy app provides free 24/7, one-on-one conversations with Support Giver team members from the comfort and privacy of your home. You talk and they listen - with open ears and zero judgment.
