West Virginia nurses,
If you have gotten sick with COVID-19 and have worked on the frontline of healthcare, with Covid-19 patients or Covid-19 diagnosed co-workers, you have the right to file for workers compensation. Your employer can’t prevent you from filing. You have the right to appeal decisions as well.
Also, if you know nurses who passed away from COVID-19 their family can file for Workers Compensation death benefits.
