Dear WV Nurses your voices are needed! Contact YOUR Delegate(s) (found here) and tell them:
Thank you for supporting liability protection as a result of COVID; it is important and appreciated!
But we are concerned about SB277 as it currently stands:
- Please REMOVE the IMMUNITY for willful misconduct, reckless or intentional infliction of harm from this bill. We are concerned about the impact this could have on our patients, our community, nurses and our colleagues if this immunity remains. Please don't protect those that harm others intentionally.
