CALLING ALL NURSES!
CALL TO ACTION ALERT!
WVNA is concerned with SB277 as it currently stands.
Please make calls to your delegates to REMOVE the IMMUNITY for willful misconduct, reckless or intentional infliction of harm from this bill.
We are concerned about the impact this could have on our patients, our community, nurses and our colleagues if this immunity remains. Please don't protect those that harm others intentionally.
