Here is an exciting new initiative: Healing Politics, a non-profit organization founded by nurses to recruit, train, motivate, and support nurses and midwives to run for elected office, particularly in down-ballot races. Healing Politics is building a community of nurses who are interested in running for elected office and engaging the nursing profession to help them win.
