Nurses Who Left Survey - please share.

The WVNA workforce initiative Taskforce is working with the West Virginia Center for Nursing as they are conducting a survey of nurses who have not renewed their license.
The purpose of this survey is to better understand why nurses leave nursing and/or do not renew their licenses. The information collected with this survey will be presented in a summary report and published on the West Virginia Center for Nursing's website for use by nursing workforce planners across West Virginia. All information collected will be reported on in aggregate so no identifying information will be released. If you have any questions about this survey, please email jordyn.reed@wvhepc.edu. Please consider contributing to this survey to help better the nursing workforce in West Virginia.
