Nurse Survey - for nurses who chose to not take the COVID-19 vaccination

Calling all WV Nurses!
If you are a nurse practicing in West Virginia and have chosen to not vaccinate for COVID-19, you are being invited to participate in a project being conducted by Roger Carpenter, PhD, RN, and Heather Carter-Templeton, PhD, RN in the Adult Health Department at the WVU School of Nursing.
If you decide to participate in this project, you will be asked to participate in a focus group with approximately 7 – 10 nurses who have chosen not to vaccinate for the purpose of getting the group’s beliefs and attitudes about COVID 19 vaccine and vaccination. Your participation in this project will take approximately 60 minutes. All information gathered will be confidential.
To participate, you must be a nurse practicing in West Virginia, and not received any vaccination for COVID-19. You will receive a $50 gift card for your participation at the completion of the focus group.
