Final Day of the Regular Legislative Session

Saturday March 9, 2024 is the final day of the WV Legislature’s 60 day regular legislative session.
HB 5105 is on its third reading in the Senate. If you regularly speak with your Senator, feel free to reach out to them directly to encourage them to vote no. It will most likely be a long day tomorrow (they probably won’t get to the bill until after 6pm) and session has gone up to midnight.
