Welcome to the research study!

You are invited to participate in a research project entitled “Upper Extremity, Shoulder, and Trunk Pain and Function in a Nursing Appalachian Population,” designed to identify muscle and joint pain and the reasons for the development of pain in Nurses. This survey comprises questions about you as a Nurse and your practice as a Nurse. You will also be asked questions about your arms, shoulders, and neck and how you perceive muscle and joint pain. The survey will take about 15 minutes to complete. Your replies will be anonymous, so do not type your name anywhere on the form. There are no known risks involved with this study. Participation is entirely voluntary, and there will be no penalty or loss of benefits if you choose not to participate in this research study or withdraw.
